How to Start the Game
You are given a total of 5 ships to place on your 10x10 battle board. Ships range in size:
x1 Carrier (5 cells)
x1 Battleship (4 cells)
x2 Submarines (3 cells)
x1 Patrol Boat (2 cells)
You can change the orientation of the ships you place by toggling the Orientation Button.
The computer player will automatically place its ships before the game begins.
Once your ships have been placed, hit the Start Game Button to begin playing.
How to Play
The player and the computer will take turns guessing the ship’s locations. The player will always go first.
To make a guess, click on any cell that has not already been guessed. The goal is to sink all the opposing players' ships.
Sinking a ship consists of hitting all the cells associated with a specific ship.
Guess back and forth until one of the following conditions is met:
The player sinks all the computer's ships.
The computer sinks all the player's ships
Board Feedback Explanation:
Blue Cells are water/blank and are guessable.
White Cells are misses
Red Cells are hits
Black Cells show a whole sunk ship
